Melissa Branscome

Melissa Branscome is a seasoned professional in customer success and experience, currently serving as Senior Customer Success Manager at SafetyIQ since March 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Inorganic Ventures from July 2013 to March 2022, including Supervisor of Customer Experience and Customer Experience Trainer. Earlier career experience includes a Server Trainer position at Cracker Barrel from January 2009 to January 2019. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University, earned between 2017 and 2020, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Medical Administrative/Executive Assistant and Medical Secretary from New River Community College, completed between 2012 and 2014.
