Jordan Maddocks

Jordan Maddocks has a diverse work experience, ranging from founding and leading companies to holding management positions in property management. In 2004, they served as the General Manager of the Leasing Division at GoRenter LLC. Jordan then worked as the Operations Manager at SBI Property Management from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they founded Key Renter Property Management in 2007 and served as the CEO until 2011. During their time at Key Renter, they led the company to be recognized as the "Best Property Management Company" in Utah in 2009. Jordan served as the President of the Utah Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers from 2010 to 2011, where they worked to enhance ethical and professional property management practices. Jordan then joined Rentler as the Chief Operating Officer in 2012 and later founded RentTree, an online property management start-up, in 2013, where they served as the CEO until 2018.
