David Gonsalves

David Gonsalves is an accomplished insurance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since March 2013, David has served as the CEO of BondExchange, overseeing company operations and strategy. In addition, David holds the position of Chief Underwriting Officer and EVP of Probate Surety at Jet Insurance Company since June 2018. Prior to these roles, David was the Division Manager at California Contractors Insurance Services from July 2012 to March 2013, and worked at PWA Insurance Services in Qualified Plan Asset Management from 2008 to July 2012. David began a career in business development as a Business Development Manager at ePlanning Securities from July 2006 to 2008, following work as a Qualified Plan Consultant at E*TRADE Financial between 2004 and 2006. David holds a degree in Business with a focus on Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance from California State University-Sacramento and graduated from Jesuit High School in 1998.
