Phil Sparks

Phil Sparks has a diverse work experience in various industries. Phil currently holds the position of Base Vice President at Jet Linx. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Partnerships & Commercial Strategy at USA Gymnastics and Director of Partnerships. Phil also served as the Vice President of Marketing at Harding Steinbrenner Racing and Harding Group. Phil has experience in the motorsports industry, having worked as the Director of National Accounts at NHRA and in various sales and management roles at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and IndyCar. Phil started their career as a Casino Host at Casino Aztar, where they managed player accounts and organized special events.

Phil Sparks attended Park Tudor School from 1996 to 2000. Phil then pursued higher education at Millikin University from 2000 to 2002. Finally, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Southern Indiana from 2002 to 2005.
