Isabela Guedes de Sousa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital personalization and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst for Digital Personalization at JetBlue since September 2022, Isabela previously held positions as Team Lead and Senior Analyst for CRM at Enext, a Wunderman Thompson Company, from June 2019 to September 2022.
