Sylvia Espanola

Sylvia Espanola is an accomplished compensation professional with extensive experience in the airline industry. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation at JetBlue since May 2022, Sylvia previously held various managerial roles at American Airlines from August 2000 to 2022, focusing on international compensation, executive compensation, HR vendor management, and marketing and payments strategy. Earlier career experience includes positions at Citibank as an Associate in Global Transaction Services and Accenture as a Senior Consultant in the Process Competency Group. Sylvia holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
