Cashmere Miranda is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in guest relations and management. Currently serving as Manager in the CEO Office at Jetex since February 2021, Cashmere previously held various roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from September 2015 to January 2021, including Concierge Supervisor and Concierge Sales, where a focus on exceptional guest service and personalized experiences was paramount. Prior experience includes seven years at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, managing MICE accounts and front office operations, showcasing skills in client relations and operational efficiency. Cashmere holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, earned between 2001 and 2005.
