Marshall Weldon has extensive experience in customer success and military leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at NCR since September 2020, Marshall previously held the position of Territory Manager from April 2011 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading and managing 60 direct reports across seven states to provide technical repairs for ATMs, point of sale hardware and software, and IT equipment for major banks and retailers. Prior to joining NCR, Marshall served in the U.S. Air Force as Lead Production Superintendent in 2010, overseeing maintenance operations for high-performance fighter aircraft. Additional roles in the Air Force included Production Superintendent positions from 2006 to 2010. Marshall holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Instructor Technology and Military Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
