David LaBean

David LaBean's work experience is as follows:

David currently holds the position of VP of Capital Projects at Jetti Resources, starting in March 2023.

From September 2015 to March 2023, they worked at LyondellBasell as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they led site capital projects, served as the Olefin's unit contact for capital projects, and coordinated the 2021 Turnaround capital. David also provided training and coaching on the capital project process and project development.

Prior to that, from 2006 to August 2015, they worked at The Dow Chemical Company. During this time, they held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Operations Leader, Production Leader, Asset utilization and Production Coordinator, Safety Specialist, and Production Engineer. In these roles, they managed projects, production, quality, budgets, and maintenance activities. David also led a remote team in India and was involved in site leadership, emergency management, and process control modifications.

In 2005, they had a temporary assignment with Dow Chemical Company which later transitioned to Texas.

Overall, David LaBean has extensive experience in project management, production leadership, and safety practices in the chemical manufacturing industry.

David LaBean attended Michigan State University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering.
