Nora Brandon, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Nora Brandon, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Public Affairs at the National Association of Realtors in 2002. In 2005, they took on the role of Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute at the University of Denver. In 2006, they worked as Employee Marketing at Clifton Gunderson LLP. From 2008 to 2012, they served as Director of Employee Relations at Home Instead Senior Care, where they were responsible for talent/human capital management and the roll-out of an employee leadership program that increased the retention rate of part-time employees by over 60%. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as Senior HR Manager at The Hain Celestial Group. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as HR Director of Hospitality & Real Estate at Vail Resorts. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as Vice President of Human Resources at Balfour Senior Living. Currently, Nora is working as Senior Director of Human Resources at U.S. Center for SafeSport and Human Resources Director at Jetti Resources.

Nora Brandon holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver and a B.A. in Political Science from Randolph College. Nora has also obtained certifications from the SHRM (Senior Certified Professional) and the HR Certification Institute - HRCI (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
