Donna Crocker

Donna Crocker, MBA, PHR has had an extensive career in operations management. Donna began their career as the Director of Operations at American Staffing Resources in 1993, where they managed multiple locations and was responsible for recruiting and hiring in-house staff. During their tenure, they successfully decreased turnover rates and achieved top revenue producer status for four consecutive years. Donna also developed excellent client rapport and matched the right candidates to the right jobs, resulting in increased revenues.

In 2006, Donna joined JEVS as the Director of Operations. In this role, they provided day-to-day leadership for multiple departments, including Quality Assurance, Call Center, Data Management, and Training. Donna created a positive and collaborative work environment, leading to a reduction in turnover rates.
