Yaw Joseph Etse

Yaw Joseph Etse has worked at a variety of companies since 2014. Yaw Joseph began their career at DigiFi as Chief Technology Officer in 2014, a position they held until 2017. During this time, they also became a Member of Forbes Technology Council. In 2017, they took on the role of CTO/CEO at Repetere, a machine learning SaaS platform. In 2019, they became Co-Founder and CTO of Jewel ML and Head of Engineering at Invitae. At Invitae, they held the roles of Head of Engineering, Lab Innovation, Head of Engineering, Research, Head of Engineering, Engineering Platform, Engineering Lead - VP of Eng (Scale and Architecture), and Engineering Team Lead - Eng Manager (healthcare physicians). In 2021, they became an Angel Investor at Yemaachi Biotech and Finley Technologies, Inc. In 2022, they took on the role of Angel Fellow at On Deck and Angel Investor at VoxRay Games and OnePort 365.

Yaw Joseph Etse attended Cornell University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Information Science. Yaw Joseph is currently enrolled at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, where they are pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science, expected to be completed in 2025.
