Mark Willson

Mark Willson serves as the Vice President and General Counsel at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company since June 2010. Previously, Mark held the position of Associate General Counsel at U.S. Venture, Inc. from March 2008 to June 2010 and at CUNA Mutual Group from September 1996 to March 2008. Mark's legal expertise encompasses corporate governance, corporate transactions, contracting, and insurance regulatory compliance. Earlier in Mark's career, an Associate Attorney position was held at Lee, Kilkelly, Paulson & Kabaker, S.C. from 1994 to 1996. Mark completed a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degree in Economics and Spanish, along with Law, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
