Eugene Podborits, MPA, PMP has extensive experience in project management and operations within the healthcare industry. Eugene is currently the Senior Director of the Project Management Office at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Clinic Operations at Bond Vet, where they oversaw clinic operations. Eugene also held the position of Assistant Vice President of Operations at Essen Health Care, where they managed various teams and led improvement projects. Eugene was the Associate Director of Projects and Program Development at Mount Sinai Morningside, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of facilities, IT, and service line program implementations. Eugene also worked at RWJBarnabas Health, where they served as the Director of Clinical Service Lines for Orthopedics and Women's Health and as a Project Manager for a hospital-wide EMR implementation. Before that, they gained experience as a Lab Manager, Clinical Study Coordinator, and Department Administrator at NYU College of Dentistry and as a Research Technician at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Eugene Podborits, MPA, PMP, holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Health Policy & Management from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Neuroscience & Behavior from Wesleyan University. Eugene completed their high school education at Stuyvesant High School. In addition to their academic degrees, they have obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2016.
