Massimiliano Bianconi

Massimiliano Bianconi has extensive experience in the health and social care sector, currently serving as the Digital Engagement and Befriending Manager at Jewish Care since October 2001, overseeing a team of nine staff members and over 380 volunteers. Bianconi has held various roles at Jewish Care, including Digital Engagement Lead, Youth Volunteering Manager, Social Care Coordinator, Team Leader, and Carer, each contributing to the enhancement of services and volunteer engagement. Additionally, since September 2019, Bianconi has been a Non-Executive Board Member at the Karten Network, supporting decision-making for initiatives that benefit individuals with disabilities. Previous culinary experience includes positions as Chef De Partie in several esteemed restaurants and serving as a Cook during military service in the Esercito Italiano. Bianconi’s educational background includes a level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, training in Charity Leadership, and a diploma in Culinary Management.
