Laura Anderson

Before joining the JCA, the J Institute Program Associate Laura Anderson held a variety of positions supporting children and families throughout Jacksonville, most recently as a mental health counselor for Jacksonville teenagers involved in foster care.

Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Laura lived in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Ohio, all before she graduated High School.
