Andrea Kozel

Andrea Kozel, M.B.A., serves as Senior Manager of Process Engineering at Ricoh USA, Inc., since March 2014, overseeing Enterprise Service Delivery and process improvement initiatives while mentoring others in project management concepts. Previous roles at Ricoh included Senior Design Specialist, where Andrea managed solutions design in the Rochester/Buffalo area. Andrea has extensive experience in fitness as a part-time Group Exercise Instructor for both the YMCA of Greater Rochester and the Louis S. Wolk JCC. Prior to these positions, Andrea held various roles at NetCracker Technology Solutions and Frontier Communications, focusing on business analysis, project management, and process development. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, an Advanced Certificate in Data Communications from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a BA in Mathematics directed towards Computer Science from Rutgers University.
