Renna Van Oot holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Women's Studies from the University of Delaware. Renna also completed a Master of Social Service and a Master of Law and Social Policy, specializing in program planning and community organizing, at Bryn Mawr College. Furthermore, they obtained a Doctor of Law degree (JD) from Delaware Law School (formerly Widener Law School).
