Melissa E. Simon has a diverse work experience in various marketing and design roles in the Jewish community. Melissa E. started their career at United Jewish Federation of MetroWest as a Graphic Artist, where they designed marketing collateral for a fundraising campaign. Melissa E. then worked at the Jewish Community Center of MetroWest as a Graphic Designer/Art Director, responsible for creating promotional materials and increasing membership rates. Melissa also worked at Kings Supermarkets as a Graphic Art/Mac Operator, designing and producing sales collateral to boost food sales. Melissa E. then held the position of Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director at the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ, where they created marketing strategies and redesigned the company website. Currently, Melissa is the Chief Marketing Officer and Head Designer at Mati Jewels, an online jewelry store, where they design jewelry pieces, markets the brand, and ensures customer satisfaction. Melissa E. Simon obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Visual Communications Major with emphasis in Advertising and Graphic Design from Kean University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they pursued liberal arts courses and art fundamentals at Rutgers University from 1983 to 1985.
