Kelly Romirowsky

Kelly Serouya Romirowsky, PsyD, BC-TMH has a distinguished career spanning over two decades in clinical psychology and evaluation. Currently, as the Chief Strategy and Impact Officer at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, Kelly has evaluated over 120 grantee programs for significant foundation funding. Kelly is also the Founder and Director of Philadelphia Assessment & Counseling, LLC, a practice dedicated to evidence-based psychological methods. Experience includes roles as a Teletherapist at Brightside, Clinical Psychologist at Crossover Health, and Adjunct Instructor at Einstein Healthcare Network. Educational qualifications include a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Widener University and a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University, alongside board certification in Telemental Health.
