Kristen Hollenbeck

Kristen Hollenbeck has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Kristen began their career in 2003 as a Police Officer for the City of Auburn Hills and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Kristen pursued a career in education as a Criminal Justice Instructor at ITT Technical Institute. In 2012, they also worked as a Deputy for Oakland County.

In 2012, Kristen founded Elite Background Screening, a company that specializes in professional background screening services. Kristen continued to run this company until the present, highlighting their expertise in ensuring the suitability of employees and the safety of businesses.

Kristen also has experience in the real estate industry. Kristen worked as a Real Estate Agent for Real Estate One - Clarkston from 2016 to 2018 and as a Real Estate Agent for MBA Real Estate from 2018 onwards.

Most recently, Kristen joined the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit in 2013 and has held various roles within the organization. Kristen started as a Security Coordinator and later became a Security Manager. Currently, Kristen serves as the Deputy Director of Community-wide Security, focusing on implementing measures to ensure the safety and security of the community.

Kristen Hollenbeck earned their Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Hodges University. Kristen completed their degree between 2008 and 2011.

Before pursuing their Master's degree, Kristen attended Ferris State University from 1999 to 2003. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Criminal Justice/Police Science.

Additionally, in 1999 and 2001, Kristen briefly attended Western Michigan University, although the specific degree and field of study during that time period are unknown.
