Gloria Marin

Gloria Marin serves as the Job Support/Community-Based Support Manager in the Disability Services Department at the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and Our Family of Agencies, where responsibilities include assisting the Job Support Staff manager with staff oversight and program development since November 2021. Prior to this role, Gloria was the Assistant Director at Model Mixers, overseeing departmental plans and operations while managing budget and staffing responsibilities. Experience includes serving as Job Coach Administrator Coordinator at Jewish Family & Children's Services of Southern New Jersey, coordinating effective job coaching and employment plans for clients with disabilities. Previous roles also encompass client relations, reception, and sales assistance across various organizations. Gloria holds a certificate in Massage Therapy from the National Massage Therapy Institute and is continuing education at Gloucester County College.
