Josephine Coleman

Josephine Coleman is an experienced professional in visitor services and operations within the museum sector. Currently serving as Membership and Development Operations Assistant and previously as Visitor Experience Assistant at The Jewish Museum, Josephine has demonstrated strong customer service skills by acting as an ambassador for museum guests and promoting exhibits. Additional experience includes roles as Teaching Assistant at Splat Lab & Anthro Arts, Visitor and Gallery Assistant at the Whitney Museum of American Art, and Student Caller at Cornell College, where Josephine communicated effectively with prospective students.
