Liz Rubel is an experienced professional in the fields of art education and community engagement. Currently, Liz serves as the Hospital Artist-In-Residence Program Manager and Partnerships & Programs Coordinator at The Creative Center at University Settlement, where Liz teaches jewelry-making and expressive arts workshops for individuals affected by cancer and chronic illness in various settings, including hospitals and community centers. Liz also coordinates Memory Loss Programs at The Jewish Museum. Previous roles include Publications Assistant at The Grolier Club and Jewelry Design and Gemstone Wholesale Manager at Genuine Ten Ten. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Museology/Museum Studies from CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from SUNY New Paltz. Liz is a graduate of The Bronx High School of Science.
