Jennifer Ripkin

Jenn is responsible for leading the strategy of the agency’s Human Resources department as well as providing oversight of Premier Homecare’s Human Resources team. She is responsible for partnering with agency management and directors to guide growth and development to meet strategic business objectives.

Jenn is a seasoned human resources leader with diverse experience that includes government, high-tech, biotechnology, not-for-profit and professional services industries. She has proven experience in building and leading a professional human resources function within high-performing growth-oriented organizations. Jenn has significant experience in talent management, coaching and counseling as well compensation and benefits administration.

She is a graduate of George Mason University and holds a SPHR certificate.
