Joan Kelly

Joan Kelly is an experienced professional in community integration and disaster response with a strong background in program development, monitoring, and evaluation. Currently serving as the Director of Community Integration at Jewish Vocational Service of Kansas City, Joan has previously guided emergency response operations in California as a Consultant for Hagerty Consulting. Joan's roles at Heart to Heart International included managing a monitoring and evaluation team and leading disaster response teams in various regions. At the International Rescue Committee, Joan oversaw grants management and partnerships, contributing to significant program proposals. Further experience includes program development for HELP and public and nonprofit consulting while also holding operational and external relations roles in earlier positions. Joan holds a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University and a BA in Public Administration from The University of Kansas.
