Daniel Sforza

Daniel Sforza has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, starting with their role as an EMT at Campion Ambulance from February 2007 to July 2010. Daniel then worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Waterbury Hospital from August 2011 to June 2013. From July 2010 to January 2017, they served as a Registered Nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital - Saint Raphael Campus. Daniel then worked as a Perioperative Associate Nurse Manager at Jackson North Medical Center from January 2017 to July 2021. Daniel then took on the role of Concierge Service Line and Orthopedic/Neuro-Spine Nurse Manager at Good Samaritan Medical Center from February 2022 to April 2023, followed by the position of Emergency Department Nurse Manager from July 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Nursing at HCA Florida JFK Hospital since March 2023.

Daniel Sforza has a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from The University of Connecticut, obtained in 2006. Daniel then pursued an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Naugatuck Valley Community College from 2008 to 2010. Later, in 2015, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Anna Maria College. In 2019, Daniel completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University. Daniel is also a Registered Nurse and holds certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Experienced Provider (ACLS), Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), Crisis Prevention Intervention, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
