Alfred von Loebbecke has a diverse work experience in the field of aerospace and mechanical engineering. Alfred started their career in 2009 as a Scientific Programmer at the Naval Research Laboratory. After working there for almost two years, they joined the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, U.S. Navy as a Mechanical Engineer. Alfred worked in this role from October 2010 to January 2012. Following this, they joined Leidos in September 2013 as a Mechanical and Aerospace Engineer. At Leidos, they gained significant expertise in the field and worked for almost five years until May 2018. Currently, Alfred is working as a Principal Aerospace Engineer at JFL Consulting, LLC since May 2018.
Alfred von Loebbecke pursued their education in the field of engineering. Alfred completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art from 1998 to 2002. Alfred then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from The George Washington University between 2002 and 2005. Alfred further advanced their academic qualifications by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the same university from 2005 to 2008.
