Alicia Radliffe

Alicia Radliffe has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alicia began their career in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant at Baldwin & Obenauf, Inc. and later became a Junior Account Coordinator. In 2013, they worked as a Floor Supervisor at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP before transitioning to a Sales Associate role at Derek Lam in 2014. In the same year, they also had an internship as a Showroom Intern at Buffalo David Bitton. From 2015 to 2018, Alicia joined Komar, where they worked as a Production/Creative Services Intern, Production Coordinator for Lauren by Ralph Lauren, and Brand Manager for BedHead Pajamas. Alicia'smost recent position is at Jay Franco and Sons Inc., where they started as a Product Manager in 2020 and subsequently became an Associate Director of Product Development in 2022.

Alicia Radliffe completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Liberal Arts from Raritan Valley Community College from 2009 to 2012. Alicia then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Fashion Merchandising at LIM College from 2013 to 2015.
