Alona Bustan Opher

Alona Bustan Opher is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in finance operations across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Finance Operations at JFrog since April 2021, Alona oversees the Quote to Cash process and accounts receivable activities while managing cross-country teams. Prior experience includes Head of Finance Operations at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where Alona led a $1 billion annual accounts payable operation and implemented process innovations that improved efficiency and reduced headcount. Alona's background also includes roles at FedEx, the Municipality of Ramla, PwC Israel, Matrix, and the Israel Defense Forces, demonstrating a consistent track record of optimizing financial processes and leading teams effectively. Alona holds CPA and BA degrees in Accounting and Finance from Tel Aviv University and University of Haifa, respectively.
