Shira Sheinfeld has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to human resources and organizational development. Shira has held positions at several notable companies, including JFrog, Tnuva, NICE Systems, Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, Intel, and SIT Innovation. Their most recent role is as the Global Learning and Development Director at JFrog. Prior to that, they served as the Organizational Development Manager at Tnuva for over nine years. Shira also worked as an HR Manager at NICE Systems and as an Organizational Development and Learning Manager at Ernst & Young. Early in their career, they were an HRBP at Intel and an Account Manager and Facilitator at SIT Innovation.
Shira Sheinfeld earned a BA in Social Behavior-Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1999 and went on to complete an MA in Organizatinal Psychology from the same institution in 2002.
