Jean Garten

Jean Garten is the Principal at JG Consulting, providing consulting services such as strategic planning, project management, managed care analysis and contracting, foundation development and fund raising, physician recruitment, grant writing and administration, new service development, telemedicine, revenue cycle review, integration strategies, and process improvement. Prior to this role, Jean was the Director at Coventry Healthcare, working on the national team to develop and implement the High Performance Network strategy. Jean also served as the VP/ED Managed Care, Utilization Review, and Foundation at Olathe Health System, overseeing various departments and subsidiaries within the system. Jean holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Kansas State University.
