Bach Johann M. Sebastian is the Senior Advisor of Corporate Finance & Strategy at JG Summit Holdings Inc. Bach has over 25 years of experience in the corporate strategic planning industry.

Bach started their career as the Director of Planning at the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry from July 1981 to June 1991. Bach then moved to RFM Corporation as the Senior Vice President - Chief Corporate Strategist from July 1991 to July 2002.

In August 2002, they joined JG Summit Holdings Inc. and has been with the company for 16 years now. Bach has served as the Senior Vice President - Chief Strategy Officer since August 2002.

Bach has played a pivotal role in the success of JG Summit Holdings Inc. Bach is an expert in the field of corporate strategy and has helped the company grow immensely over the years. Under their leadership, JG Summit Holdings Inc. has become one of the leading companies in the Philippines.

Bach Johann M. Sebastian pursued a Masters in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management. Afterwards, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Management from Belhaven University. Bach is currently a Masteral Candidate in Divinities from the Asian Theological Seminary. Bach also has a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Economics from the University of the Philippines. Lastly, they have certification from LinkedIn in Economics for Business Leaders.
