Charlie Meadows

Charlie Meadows has a diverse professional background with significant experience in project management and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Project Manager at JHKelly, LLC since 2017, Charlie has also held roles as Project Engineer and Project Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Charlie was a Project Coordinator and Marketing professional at Columbia River Electric Maintenance and served as a Detective, Patrol Investigator, and Patrol Officer for the City of Longview Washington from 2008 to 2015. Early career experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Mallory Safety and Supply, Inc. Charlie holds an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics from Bellevue University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from WGU Washington, an Associate’s Degree in Instrument Technology from Lower Columbia College, and a high school diploma from Clatskanie High School.
