Kari Kondro-White has extensive experience in human resources. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Fred Meyer (Corporate Office), where they gained knowledge in job duties, screening resumes, and posting job openings. Kari also worked as a Recruiting & Employment Specialist at Fred Meyer Stores, managing the corporate summer internship program and sourcing candidates for various positions.

In 2005, Kari joined Fred Meyer (Corporate Office) again as a Recruiting & Employment Specialist, where they drove candidate sourcing, developed recruitment materials, and coordinated recruitment advertising. Kari facilitated a successful holiday hiring campaign and implemented an online application and ATS system.

Kari then worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging, Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Kari later became a Human Resources Generalist/Manager at Longview Fibre, handling general HR responsibilities.

From 2011 to 2016, Kari worked at LifePort, Inc. and Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging, Inc. as a Recruiting & Staffing Specialist and Recruiting & Employment Specialist, respectively. Kari provided recruitment and staffing support on a contract basis.

In 2011, Kari joined Express Employment Professionals as a Senior Recruiter, specializing in professional staffing, industrial/manufacturing, and administrative opportunities. Kari focused on industries such as wood products, aerospace manufacturing, and supply chain.

Finally, in 2016, Kari became the Human Resources Manager at G.Loomis, Inc., where they handled HR operations until 2019. Kari then transitioned to JHKelly, LLC as a Sr. Human Resource Generalist and was later promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources in December 2021.

Throughout their career, Kari has gained comprehensive expertise in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR management.

Kari Kondro-White obtained their AA / Transfer Degree in Business from Lower Columbia Community College in the years 1999 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a BA degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resources & Personnel Management, at Washington State University Vancouver from 2002 to 2004.
