Tristen Arruda's work experience includes a position as an Assistant Project Manager at JHKelly, LLC, starting in 2022. In this role, Tristen is responsible for contract administration, document control, schedule management, preparing spreadsheets and reports, and purchasing. They also assist in interpreting drawings and specifications for field crews, create or mark up drawings to match field changes, order and track material deliveries, supervise field operations, perform material takeoffs, and maintain project recordkeeping and correspondence functions.
Prior to this, Tristen worked as a Construction Technician at Jammie's Environmental from 2021 to 2022. Their duties included performing work in pulp and paper mills and other industrial facilities, assisting in railroad clearings and emergency cleaning of tanks and pipes.
In 2021, Tristen served as an Industrial Engineering Intern at JHKelly, LLC. During this 4-month internship, they learned mechanical estimating and assisted in preparing bid packages, creating takeoffs for piping and welds, and organizing them by material, size, and type.

Tristen first attended R A Long High School where they did not obtain a degree or field of study. They then went on to Central Washington University from 2019 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management. After that, Tristen continued their education at Louisiana State University from 2023 onwards, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, which is ongoing.
In addition to their formal education, Tristen has also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they received the Procore Certification from Procore Technologies and the OSHA 30 certification from 360training. In 2022, they completed the Supervisor Training 2.0 course from JH Kelly, LLC. Their most recent certification is the Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot, obtained in April 2023.
