San Jhooty

Following her recent promoton San is now responsible for overseeing all Operational activity within the Group. San is in charge of day to day operations as well as executing the Company's long term goals. San is responsible for managing the Senior Management Team which encompasses Finance, Operations, Compliance, IT, HR and Logistics ensuring the smooth running of the business and improving business performance through Accountibility and Compliance. San's main focus is to support the Company's objectives as defined by the Board and Family Council.

Alongside her role as COO, San is still very much hands-on with continuing to manage the HR Dept, which she had led since 2007.
