Laura Skolnik

Laura Skolnik is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in global health and program development. Currently serving as Vice President for New Program Development at Jhpiego since 2019, Laura previously held the role of Senior Director of Global Program Operations within the same organization from 2012 to 2018. Prior to joining Jhpiego, Laura contributed to USAID as the HIV Prevention Lead and Senior Technical Advisor from 2006 to 2011. Earlier roles include Project Specialist at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) from 2004 to 2006 and Project Expert at UN ESCAP from 1998 to 2003. Laura holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree from Tulane University.
