Katrin Lee

Katrin Lee, MS RD CDN CLT, is an experienced clinical nutrition and food service manager currently working at Jiahui Health since October 2016, where responsibilities include the establishment of meal service planning for over 500 patients and staff. Katrin also founded Simply Nutrition NYC in January 2013, offering medical nutrition therapy and wellness consultations. Prior experience includes roles as Clinical Nutrition Manager at Aramark Healthcare from February 2012 to August 2016 and Clinical Dietitian at Sodexo from January 2011 to February 2012, where Katrin supervised teams, conducted nutritional assessments, and coordinated educational initiatives. Education includes an M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Studies with a double major in Economics from the same institution, and completion of a Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts.
