Payeli Ghosh

Payeli Ghosh is a serial entrepreneur who has spent 20 years in the automation industry, with 13 years in the start-up world. Prior to JIFFY.ai, Payeli co-founded a global supply chain consulting start-up that was acquired by Publicis.

Before the startup bug bit, Payeli spent 7 years working for two global organizations, Tech Mahindra and Infosys, where she honed her domain and business skills. A computer science graduate, Payeli completed a woman entrepreneur management program from the prestigious IIM Bangalore.

Payeli is not just passionate about building organizations; whether it is engaging remote rural women or bringing economically weaker but talented skilled professionals to the mainstream industry, Payeli has always believed in giving back to the society in her own humble way. And as a working mother, she is deeply committed to making the workplace work for women.
