Kaylin Marcotte has had a successful career in the business, strategy, and political consulting sectors. In 2019, they founded JIGGY, a direct-to-consumer puzzle company featuring art by emerging female artists, sustainable and elevated packaging, and specially formulated puzzle glue. In 2018, they co-founded Project Plastick, an organization that empowers consumers to find sustainable alternatives to single-use plastic waste. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Director of Marketing and Community at theSkimm, where they grew the audience to over 6 million and launched an ambassador program from scratch to over 25,000 volunteers. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Business Strategy & Change Management Consultant at IBM in the Communications sector. In 2011, they were a Paralegal Intern at Weil Gotshal and Manges. In 2010, they were a Political Consulting Analyst at CGK Partners, where they conducted policy research and managed relationships with corporate donors.
Kaylin Marcotte graduated from Barnard College with a B.A. in Political Science, and minors in Economics and Psychology. Kaylin then attended Columbia University.
