Vicki Simms has worked in various operational roles since 2000. Vicki began their career as Head of Operations at AirMiles (British Airways) in 2000, where they managed an operational and compensation budget of £3.3m. In 2007, they moved to Avios as Head of Customer Sales, Service and Multimedia, managing a contact centre with a budget of £6.6m and a sales budget of £3m. From 2015 to 2018, Simms worked as an Operational Consultant at Simon Jersey, GingerTonic Ltd, and Lucam Consultancy Ltd. In 2018, they took on the role of Chief of Operations and Token Community Manager at Bidooh Ltd, where they were responsible for token community management and marketing planning. In 2020, Simms became the Head of Operations at Jigsaw, an anti-superficial dating app.
Vicki Simms attended St Helens College from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Business Studies - Travel & Tourism.
