Mark Green McIob

Mark Green MCIOB is an experienced project manager with a strong background in building surveying and property maintenance. Currently serving as Project Manager for Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd since April 2021, Mark oversees £3 million in planned works and provides technical services across a diverse property portfolio. Previous roles include managing £1.5 million annual maintenance projects at Places for People and serving as Senior Building Surveyor at Fairhome Group PLC, where responsibilities involved condition surveys and feasibility studies among other tasks. Mark began a career in building surveying with various contract positions, including roles at South Ribble Borough Council and Salford City Council, and holds a HNC in Building Studies and a Nebosh Construction Certificate in Health and Safety from The University of Bolton.
