Michelle Grundy

Michelle Grundy began their work experience in 2001 as an Apprentice Administrative Assistant at Adactus Housing Group Ltd. Michelle then progressed to roles such as Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Manager, and eventually became the Head of Human Resources (Performance) at the same company. In 2018, Michelle joined Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd as the Head of HR (Performance) and later went on to become the Assistant Director of People. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director - People at Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd.

Michelle Grundy obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel & Development (CIPD) in HR (Leadership & Management) from Wigan & Leigh College, which they attended from 2006 to 2009.
