Taiwo Korede is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in call center operations and quality management. Currently serving as the Call Center QA Lead at NowNow since February 2023, Taiwo has also held the position of Quality Assurance Specialist at Jiji.ng since November 2021. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Analyst at Zedvance Finance Limited from February 2020 to November 2021 and a similar position at ConSol Limited from January 2014 to February 2020, where Taiwo also worked as a Call Center Representative. Taiwo holds an HND in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic and has obtained training from QAI.
