Nicole Rivera

Nicole Rivera has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2003. Nicole began their career at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. as an Office Manager in 2003. In 2006, they moved to Abilene Regional Medical Center as a Human Resources Coordinator. In 2008, they began working at Lakeview Hospital as a Human Resources Staffing Coordinator. In 2010, they became the Business Owner of Honey Bump Maternity. In 2021, they became the Co-Founder of Lavender Lush Cleaning, LLC. Currently, they are the Director of People and Culture at Jill's Office, where they oversee all people operations and builds out efficient core functions to support talent at all levels.

Nicole Rivera attended Capella University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Human Resources.
