Vincent Leonard

Vincent Leonard has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Pre-Owned Operations at Jim Coleman Automotive since December 2017, overseeing a diverse portfolio of seven brands and four KBB ICO purchasing centers across four campuses. Prior to this role, Vincent held positions as Pre-Owned Sales Manager at Jim Coleman Toyota and Jim Coleman Infiniti, as well as Sales Manager at Fox Automotive (AutoNation, Inc.) and General Manager at Schaefer and Strohminger Hyundai. Notably, Vincent played a pivotal role in establishing the Hyundai franchise at Schaefer and Strohminger and achieved significant success as General Manager at CarMax, where operations included managing over 125 associates and achieving record sales volumes.
