Andries Olivier

Andries Olivier has extensive experience in finance and financial management. Andries is currently serving as the Head of Finance at Jimdo since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an International Controller at Ocean Technologies Group from November 2020 to June 2022. From April 2016 to April 2020, they held the role of Group Financial Manager at Lobster Ink, where they were responsible for transforming the finance function and implementing standardized management and financial accounting. Before that, Andries spent a significant portion of their career at HCA International Ltd, where they held various roles, including Chief Financial Officer - HCA Joint Ventures from January 2010 to September 2015, Finance Manager - Management Accounting from October 2007 to December 2009, Senior Management Accountant - Harley Street Clinic from May 2006 to September 2007, Management Accountant Portland & Lister Hospital from April 2005 to April 2006, and Finance Assistant Portland Hospital from December 2003 to March 2005. During their tenure at HCA International Ltd, they played a crucial role in setting up and managing joint ventures, driving financial management and performance, and implementing efficiencies and quality improvements in financial procedures and reporting.

Andries Olivier completed their education in Management Accounting at various institutions. Andries first obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting from Stellenbosch University in 2001. Andries then pursued further studies and obtained a Postgraduate Honours degree in BComm from the same university in 2002. Additionally, they completed an Associate degree in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2007.
