Joshua Zimmerman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and real estate. As Chief Operating Officer of JJCBus Holdings, LLC since 2010, Zimmerman successfully opened the first Jimmy John's franchise at age 26, expanding to 11 stores, 150 employees, and generating $8.5M in revenue. Concurrently, Zimmerman has excelled as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty since 2009, closing over $30M in transactions and fostering a robust client base through expertise in investment properties and customer service. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Setterlin Building Company, where Zimmerman transitioned from marketing to IT, and an internship at Edelman.
