Ian Finn is an R&D Food Scientist currently employed at Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Development Technician at Allen Flavors, Inc. from June 2022 to January 2023, and as a Research and Development Intern at Keystone Natural Holdings from May 2021 to September 2021. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology and a minor in Mushroom Science & Technology, both obtained from Penn State University between August 2019 and May 2022.
